Excellent service, excellent installation, excellent tutorial on both occasions. Phil, my blind installer, was the BEST in every way. He was pleasant, efficient and courteous in my home and focused on doing an excellent job. He stored excess parts and cleaned up behind with our vacuum. Did I mention he was on time always? Did I mentioned he worked fast? Did I mention all the parts worked perfect? Highly recommend Phil. He is a valued coworker for Wrights’s!!!!

Phil and his guys were amazing! My plantation shutters were installed so quickly and extremely professional! The guys were all very professional and did an amazing job! Recommend these young men anytime! Great job and the shutters look amazing!

Can I just say, WOW! I just had my plantation shutters installed yesterday by Phil and I have to say that I am very pleased with the way things turned out. The shutters have far surpassed my expectations. From the moment Phil called to confirm that he was on the way it was noted that he had a wonderful personality and excellent customer service skills. He was very professional and friendly. I hadn't met him yet and I already liked him. When he showed up all of my assumptions of him were confirmed. He was professional and courteous and with a very sunny and friendly disposition. On top of that he was very efficient with his time and was able to complete the job in a timely manner. As if that wasn't enough, he did a thorough job cleaning up after himself afterwards. That is one of my pet peeves when hiring contractors, they usually leave a mess after their done with a job. He also took his time explaining the functioning and care for the shutters. You could tell that he really loves his job and believe in the products that they sell. Honorable mentions go to the other employees I encountered during this process starting with Kim who was the one who visited me first for the quote. I loved, loved, loved her! After our visit I felt like we could be best friends. I loved her personality and knowledge about the products. Then Chayanne who took over when Kim moved on to another department. He came to the house with Walter who was also amazing. I loved Chayanne's professionalism and personality too. We could totally be best friends too, lol! Last but not least, I cannot finish this review without mentioning Dawn who ended being the last rep I dealt with when Chayanne moved on. I never met Dawn in person but all of my interactions with her were very pleasant and enjoyable and she handled every aspect of the final touches with poise and professionalism. Congratulations to Wrights Shutters and Shades for hiring great quality people with awesome personalities. The customers appreciate it and we are very happy. Overall it has been a joy dealing with this company and I highly recommend anyone considering using them. Keep up the good work guys..!!

Philip Butterly installed our new plantation shutters and we could not be happier! The product is beautiful, the quality is beautiful, and the installation couldn’t have been more smooth. I absolutely recommend Wright’s for plantation shutters. Please ask for Philip to be your installer! He has so much pride in his work and it really shows. Chayanne was also wonderful to work with. He was able to get us on the schedule quickly which was a big help to us! Thank you all!

Wright Shutters and Shades provided a high quality product for our plantation shutters. The most impressive part of the process was the Installation, which was performed by installer Phil. He was neat and meticulous during the install process and definitely knew what he was doing. Phil should be commended for an outstanding job. I would highly recommend Wright S & S again.

Wrights Shutters installed our roller shades and did a great job! William took his time and there was an issue with our walls that weren’t level so Walter had to bring some wood to make the shades level and very happy with the job!!

I dealt directly with Chayanne for purchase of shades for our living room and dining area. He was very professional and hugely helpful. The installer did an excellent job and the shades are of high quality. We will be using them again when we’re able to do the rest of our home. The shades are not inexpensive but you get what you pay for and we’re very happy with them.

Wright’s Shutters & Shades delivers! Chayanne in particular was extremely helpful from the first correspondence until the shades were installed and his keen eye for design shows in the finished product. Remote controlled, blackouts in the perfect shade for the space and my tenant couldn’t be happier. The tenants were so pleased with the motorized shades they’ve ordered more for the other windows in the condo! I recommend Wright’s to all of my Real Estate clients and friends & family in need of some shade.

Earlier this year, we had some hurricane windows installed by Wright’s Impact Window and Door. Shortly thereafter, we began exploring interior window shutter options. This company is truly amazing, everyone was so helpful and professional. Kimberly was my sales consultant, she is thorough, patient, professional and very nice, she made sure I was happy and that all of my needs were met. Then I spoke to Chayanne, incredible customer service and very responsive, then my measurements and installation were done by Daniel, again, super nice, professional and he didn’t leave a speck of dirt in my house! Highly recommend this company, I will for sure be getting all my window treatments from them.
