Transferable Limited Lifetime Warranty
The Wrights Shutters & Shades Lifetime Guarantee aims to provide peace of mind and guarantee a satisfying
experience when selecting, purchasing, and living with your window treatments. If you are not thoroughly
satisfied, simply contact us at 561-220-9894 or send an email to hello@wrightsshutters.com. In support of this policy
of customer satisfaction, we offer our Lifetime Limited Warranty as described below.
COVERED:
- All internal mechanisms
- Components and Brackets
- Fabric Delamination
- Repairs and/or replacements will be made with like or similar parts or products
- Operational Cords/7 Years from date of Installation- Motorization components-5 Years from date of Installation
NOT COVERED:
- Any conditions made by normal wear and tear
- Abuse, accidents, misuse or alterations to the product
- Exposure to the elements (sun damage, wind, water/moisture)
- Failure to follow our instructions with respect to proper installation (Wright’s Installer) cleaning or maintenance
- Shipping charges, remeasure, cost of removal and reinstallation, or trip charges
PLEASE NOTE:
Wright’s Shutters and Shades will repair or replace the window fashion product or components found to be defective. Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
